Let’s use the American Beauty rose as an example - a perfect shade of seductive pink, with soft, but hardy, open and inviting petals. When I first stumbled upon Alison’s blog about 1.5 years’ ago, I was really intimidated at first. For a new writer on the erotic scene, I didn’t have to dig too deep to quickly learn that Alison Tyler is simply top notch. Think about it - she’s authored and edited countless books, magazines, articles and she has mulitiple…. blogs, and she posts daily, if not more. This is one talented and prolific lady.
For crying out loud, she’s Alison Tyler for God’s sakes!
I also learned for a woman that juggles many various balls (insert: projects, scratch that, leave balls) she’s was also one of the most friendly, open, and supportive writer and editor PERSONS I’ve ever met. She’s just a really damn good person. I was, and still am in total awe of her: She’s my American Beauty.
In a world filled with all kinds of bullshit, finding Alison was like discovering a pot of gold. Thanks to Alison, I’m very fortunate to swim in the pool with writers with far more writing experience and talent than I have. It’s truly an honor.
